Trend is the largest on-campus publication at Iowa State University. I was in charge of establishing the look and feel of the magazine and then working with a staff of over 25 designers and photographers to create a cohesive magazine.
This role included a number of administrative duties, including working with the writers and editors to plan the overall direction of the issue, and to ensure my staff had the content they required. I also oversaw final edits, preparation of files for print, and interactions with the printer to ensure a quality final product.
I was also incharge of the marketing and promotional efforts for the magazine, including media packets, signage, and posters.
