J-Development Co. is a construction and development company. They strive to be the most socially responsible development company in the midwest by helping communities revitalize and sustain through innovation and collaboration. Their website redesign focused on highlighting the numerous projects they have worked on, as well as their main principles.
Because of the nature of their business, they needed to quickly align users around their mission and show off the projects that they had been involved with. This simplicity lead directly to creating a one-page website that leads with high-level examples of the types of work they do, then follows that up with a number of projects with all the relevant details. Finally it let the user know a bit about who they are as a company and who they would be working with.
